If the request arrives within 30 days of the competition, the fee is $5 per judge per day.If the request for judges is received more than 30 days before the competition, the fee is $3 per judge per day. If the weekend you have selected is an issue the assigner will contact you promptly. Please look at the meet calendar/schedule BEFORE entering your request. NOTE: We reserve the right to reject a meet request due to limited availability of judges. This meet requestįorm together with the fee is considered your contract with PA & DE NAWGJ. You will be able to see the status of this meet request on this web site. The Meet Request form will be considered a "pending" request for judges until a judge booking fee is received.
