Right now we are thinking most of the action will take place between 19. We are probably going to have most of the action take place in between the two, set in what would be the late 5th world or just at the dawn of the 6th world (Shadowrun). A few of us are wanting to do a wainscoting fantasy game set in the shared Earthdawn/Shadowrun universe.
